Travis is Laker-Beacon’s Product Knowledge Specialist. He does extensive research on the products we offer enabling him to recommend the product best suited to the client’s needs and objectives.
A passionate, life-long athlete, Travis played football and baseball throughout his youth and into college where an injury sidelined his baseball career. Undaunted by this change, he turned his attention to sharing his time and talent coaching youth football and baseball.
Travis graduated from Greensboro College with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration and Minors in Coaching and Business Administration and went on to earn a M.S.ED. in Sports Management from Old Dominion University.
Travis joined Laker-Beacon Group in 2013 after a successful career with one of the top-rated life insurance companies in the country. He draws upon the discipline and singular focus developed as an athlete when analyzing products for clients.
